Return Period

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange (according to Egyptian Consumer Protection Law).

When Can I Return My Stickers?

Your stickers must:

  • Be unused

  • Still attached to the original backing paper

  • Be in the original Spreee packaging

Received the Wrong or Damaged Item?

We’ve got you covered 

If there’s:

  • A printing mistake

  • A wrong design

Please:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Send a clear photo of the issue

  3. Message us at:

We will:

  • Send a free replacement, OR

  • Issue a full refund

No extra cost to you.

Shipping Fees

  • If the item is defective → Spreee pays all shipping costs.

  • If you changed your mind → You cover the return shipping fees.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are sent to your original payment method (Card or Wallet).

  • Once we receive the returned stickers, refunds are processed within 7–14 days.
